Sales Representative – Inbound (Contact Centre – Travel Insurance)
PassportCard is a travel insurance provider that offers instant payouts for the most common travel insurance claims. The role is based in the North Sydney office and provides inbound sales support for our travel insurance products.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries from potential and existing customers.
* Provide information on PassportCard's insurance products, answer questions and sell policies to travellers.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience through every interaction.
* Work as part of a high‐functioning, multi‐skilled team and celebrate teamwork successes.
* Meet KPI targets and adhere to PassportCard's guidelines, procedures and quality standards.
* Upsell and cross‐sell optional covers to meet customers' needs and generate higher revenue.
* Liaise with the Medical Assessors team regarding pre‐existing conditions.
* Maintain accurate information in the CRM and provide regular reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous sales experience as a contact centre agent or transferable skills.
* Target‐oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
* Experience handling inbound calls and leads, communicating confidently with diverse customers.
* Understanding of insurance products and the Australian travel insurance market is a plus.
* Team player with a serious focus on career growth and a positive, driven attitude.
* Excellent verbal communication skills – patient, enthusiastic, and customer‐centric.
* Willingness to learn, take initiative and become a product expert.
* Computer savvy and punctual, reliable team member.
* 1 year of working towards sales targets and KPIs (preferred).
* 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
* Australian work authorisation required.
Compensation & Working Hours
* Base salary plus up to 10% On‐Target Earnings (OTE) and superannuation.

* Monday to Friday rotating shift between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
