The Role

Responsibilities & Requirements
* A trade certificate in carpentry or joinery and demonstrated experience in the field of carpentry maintenance/renovation in residential or commercial environments.
* Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for building, fabric, fittings and fixtures.
* Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders regarding repairs and maintenance works.
* Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends based on the demands of the service.
* Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practices.
* Current Motor Vehicle Drivers License and a Construction Induction Card (white card). Current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential.
