The role
As an Account Manager at Marino Uniforms, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing customer relationships including being a key contact for school contracts to ensure seamless service delivery. Your role will also include shop sales and customer service to drive business growth. This full-time position is based in Clarence Gardens, SA 5039.
Key responsibilities
* Liaise with school leadership team and on-site shop staff.
* Co-ordinate on-site school uniform shops including collating and processing school purchase orders and stock control.
* Co-ordinate commemorative custom-made garments for Year 6 and Year 12 jumpers including fittings.
* Prepare tender proposals and renewal of contracts.
* Liaise with suppliers and collate orders.
* Assist with general office duties including customer service and online enquiries.
* Co-ordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably within the uniform industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address client needs and concerns
* Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction
