We have an expanding opportunity for an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Manager to join our team in Albury, NSW.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of claims while providing strategic, high‐level advice and implementing elements of the organisation's Workers' Compensation strategy.
* Developing, maintaining and improving claims management systems and processes.
* Supporting operational demands while balancing Claims Management workloads.
* Having accountability and responsibility for all aspects of Claims Management.
* Working directly with the internal Return‐to‐Work (RTW) team.
