Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? VIVA Mutual is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team, providing essential cleaning services to clients in the community.
About the Role:
As a Domestic Assistant with VIVA Mutual's community aged care team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining safe, comfortable, and hygienic environments for our clients. This is a casual role, with opportunities to go Permanent Part-Time / Fulltime for the right applicant, traveling between clients on a fortnightly roster. You'll be responsible for delivering cleaning services that meet Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring each client's home is safe, clean, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide cleaning services across multiple clients' homes, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
* Follow individual cleaning schedules and routines to maintain VIVA Mutual's high standards of care.
* Build positive relationships with clients while respecting their privacy and individual preferences.
* Accurately document services provided in compliance with our policies and Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You:
* Experience in cleaning or community aged care is preferred but not essential.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to follow scheduled appointments.
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
* Compassionate, respectful, and dependable in all aspects of your work.
* Be available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
