Centastaff Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition/HR Administration professional to assist our client with a large recruitment project.
This is a casual position with an immediate start for 4 to 5 days, however may extend into the New Year.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
* Providing administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, data entry, and filin
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Must be available on a flexible basis as needed to support project requirements
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition or HR administration role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition or HR administration
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
* Proficient in the use of HR/recruitment software and Microsoft Office applications
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
* Must hold valid Australian work rights or visa authorisation
