This is a critical administration position where you will be required to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks to ensure the successful operation of the home.
 * Provide administrative support that effectively contributes to the smooth operation of the home
 * Oversee the reception area, ensuring excellent customer service for residents and their families
 * Manage staff rosters, employee compliance, and record-keeping
 * Maintain accurate records and documentation for resident admissions
 * Evaluate and maintain home administration supplies and equipment in accordance with requirements
 * Process expenses and manage financial records
 * Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items

To Be Successful
 * Recent experience in an administration role, preferably in aged care or healthcare
 * High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge
 * Experience with roster management and hiring processes would be beneficial
 * A caring and kind manner, comfortable interacting with residents and their families
 * Ability to use various systems, such as quality management systems and internal databases
 * Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
 * Maintain confidentiality at all times
 * Valid working rights in Australia
 * Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
 * NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
 * Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
