We’re looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team in a part-time capacity, averaging 15 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional guest service, and wants to contribute to a memorable luxury hotel experience.
* Handle inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Convert enquiries into bookings while maximising revenue opportunities
* Maintain accurate records and manage special requests and preferences
* Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest arrival and stay
* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
* Experience in reservations, front office, or a similar guest-facing hotel role
* Strong communication skills and confidence across phone, email, and systems
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems (highly regarded)
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
* Flexibility to work rostered shifts including week days and weekends
