- Graphic design content creation: developing concepts, graphics and layouts for social media, and any subsequent campaigns.
- Video content creation: creating video content for social media channels.

**Typical qualifications and experience**:
- Preferred tertiary qualifications combined with at least 5 years proven experience in digital marketing and sales in property or real estate.
- Proven ability in leading building a business.
- Motivational and persuasive skills are very important, as are product knowledge, planning and administration, and an ability to negotiate at senior levels.
- Budgetary formulation and control abilities.
