They're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Administration Assistant to take ownership of payroll support and HR administration within a busy, down-to-earth team.
Day‐to‐day includes:
* Supporting weekly payroll processing (timesheets, data entry, checks)
* Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
* Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and compliance
* Coordinating medicals, site requirements, and certifications
* Preparing letters, contracts, and HR documentation
* General admin support across a busy operational team

About You
* Experience in administration with exposure to payroll and/or HR
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
* Comfortable in a fast‐paced, blue‐collar environment
* Systems savvy (MYOB, Xero, Employment Hero or similar ideal)
* Reliable, organised, and takes pride in getting things right
