The Role:
This position is ideal for engineers with 1–3 years' experience in site management. You will be part of large-scale civil subdivision projects, working closely with experienced professionals to gain exposure to every stage of project delivery.
* Assist in planning and execution of construction activities
* Interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
* Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
* Support preparation of project documentation
* Liaise with surveyors to manage set outs
* Maintain accurate daily site records
* Ensure all works adhere to relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline
1–3 years' experience in civil infrastructure or subdivision works
Strong understanding of civil construction principles and relevant standards
Competent in reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or QA software is desirable
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commitment to safety and environmental management
