Supply Chain Coordinator
* $40-$45 per hour casual rate
* Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm (flexible starting time)
* Casual role, offering full-time hours, potential to lead to permanency
* Full long-term working rights required
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who can provide support to the daily operations of a large manufacturing business based in Minto. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing ad hoc duties supporting the supply chain team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and will need someone looking to start on short notice.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:
* Materials & inventory ordering and logistics for Minto site. This includes placing orders, scheduling deliveries, following up on queries and payment issues.
* Third party outsourcing & procurement
* Reconcile stock location on a fortnightly basis and stocktake twice per year.
* Generate and update production tracker and issue sheets to suppliers to monitor weekly production levels.
* Establish the relevant SAP master data criteria for parts and supplier relationship.
* Supplier management, including raising POs, reconciling RM variances and stocktakes.
* Monitor and organise the supply/resupply of raw materials, packaging and finished goods dispatch.
* Manage day-to-day queries with the suppliers. Minto production planning and scheduling support
* Assist in scheduling production orders across manufacturing machines when required
Qualifications and Skills:
* A relevant tertiary qualification and at least 2 years experience in a similar role
* High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Word & Excel, and SAP experience a plus
* Highly organised
* Resilient
* Excellent communication & teamwork skills
