CatholicCare is seeking a capable and values-driven leader to manage the Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS). You will provide operational leadership of a complex frontline program, ensuring safe, high-quality and compliant service delivery for women impacted by domestic and family violence.
About The Role
An exciting role for an innovative and strategic Leader to join the fabulous WDVCAS team. As a Manager, you will be directly responsible for the strategic and operational management of the WDVCAS program, ensuring alignment with the Service Agreement, WDVCAS Service manuals and CatholicCare Mission, Values and P&P's.
Reporting to the General Manager, Integrated Services, your role will include operational oversight, financial/budget input, reporting, stakeholder engagement, leadership of team members and compliance across services delivered at contracted Local Courts.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week, based in our Integrated Services Offices.
