We are currently searching for an Instructional Designer to join our Operations team. This role will see you producing and deploying high quality operational training designed to enhance operational excellence and customer experience. The content you produce will build proficiency, knowledge and execution of team members in our store network.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Design and deliver modern, engaging learning solutions aligned to operational priorities, product quality, customer experience, compliance, and business performance.
* Own the end-to-end learning lifecycle for ANZ, including content creation, implementation, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with key stakeholders to develop targeted, innovative training that supports promotions, system rollouts, operational change, and store capability uplift.
* Act as the key business owner, in collaboration with systems and innovation teams, to ensure effective platform performance and adoption.
* Drive measurable store performance improvement through structured training, practical tools, and capability frameworks for key store roles.
This is a permanent full time position, based in our Hamilton Supporting Office. We operate in a hybrid working environment with 80% of time spent in office. Some domestic travel may be required as part of this position.
About you.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in an Instructional Designer role, ideally developing learning content in the food service industry.
* Highly refined visual design capability including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Proficiency with digital learning tools such as Rise 360, Storyline, Canva and video editing tools.
* Demonstrated experience in the development of e-learning and micro learning content.
* Skilled in producing a variety of training materials including video-based learning and written procedures.
* Highly refined communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
