**The Position**
Reporting to the CEO, you will be solely responsible for a wide range of Talent Acquisition activities from providing sound and efficient advice, training & development. This is a hands-on and broad role which requires a highly visible leader committed to building strong relationships across its homecare and community-based services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the business to develop and implement TA strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy that will contribute towards a high performing culture through effective coaching & mentoring, training & development and talent management processes;
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to the business unit managers to support the ongoing development of talent;
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop rapport and a deep understanding of your customer group's region and portfolio;
- Create innovative solutions to attract exceptional talent to our brands, including proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and other advertising;
- Share market insights with the business to contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives for the organisation;
- Coordinate and promote assessment centres for bulk recruitment projects.
**Skills and Experience**
- Substantial experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role. Exposure to the aged-care/NDIS or other high volume recruitment roles would be highly regarded;
- A creative and value-add approach to the recruitment process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel;
- Highly-developed communication and presentation skills;
- Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms;
- A strong sense of team, and are prepared to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
**The Organisation**
Working for a private equity firm, you will be supporting the head office and heath care function. Our client has experienced rapid growth over the past few years. This role is working within a established and collaborative HR team where you will receive the support and training required to excel in the role.
This permanent role will be working from either Frankston, Carnegie or Essendon location with the opportunity to work from home.
