Clinical Team Leader – Part Time (Fri to Sun)

Lead with purpose in a part‐time Clinical Leadership role at Regis Pelican Waters, where you will empower your team, shape quality care, and enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sustainability and growth by ensuring accurate AN‐ACC funding, effective care planning, and meaningful engagement with residents and the community.
* Lead all clinical services in alignment with Regis policies, procedures and quality standards.
* Champion high‐quality, person‐centred care and uphold professional clinical practice across the team.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and supporting initiatives across clinical and lifestyle services.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation, care records and resident health files.
* Coordinate and support scheduled audits, tracking and reporting clinical indicators in line with organisational requirements.
* Maintain up‐to‐date clinical documentation to support safe and effective care delivery.
* Oversee medication management practices, ensuring adherence to best‐practice guidelines and regular safety monitoring.

Qualifications

* Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
* Previous senior clinical care experience, especially in general aged care.
* Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
* Sound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care sector and use of AN‐ACC.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications.
