We're currently building a talent pool for upcoming civil construction projects across Victoria's west. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running, this is your chance to get ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For:
* 2-3 years or more of experience in civil labouring (roadworks, drainage, earthworks, mining, quarries etc.)
* Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
* Based in Melbourne's western suburbs (e.g. Werribee, Sunshine, Melton, Point Cook)
* Physically fit and ready for outdoor work
* Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
* Bonus if you have experience operating machines and hold valid tickets.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting with site setup and clean-up
* Operating basic tools and equipment
* Supporting trades and machinery operators
* Following safety protocols and site instructions
