ABOUT THE COMPANY:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Principal Support:
* Manage correspondence, files, meetings and appointments.
* Manage consultant's and management team WIP's, deliverables and timelines.
* Manage the Principal's personal properties and other personal matters.
Senior Management Support:
Investment Properties – Assisting Commercial Property Manager:
* Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, agents, and contractors.
* Manage lease registers, correspondence, deliverables, and timelines.
* Maintain annual building certification and contractors WH&S documentation.
* Assist with engaging and coordinating repair and maintenance contractors.
* Initiate and manage periodic marketing and leasing campaigns.
Residential Land Subdivision – Assisting General Manager:
* Assist with management of team WIP's and routine internal meetings
* Ad hoc assistance with project specific matters.
Finance – Assisting Commercial Manager:
* Manage loan documentation, registers and files.
* Periodic management of lawyers and accountants, deliverables, and timelines.
* Ad hoc assistance with project specific matters.
Office Management:
* Manage all IT functions, file management and general office FFE
* Coordinate office procedures and maintain a positive office environment
* Manage internal HR functions in coordination with outsourced HR and payroll
* Organise regular team events, business and social
ABOUT YOU:
To succeed in this diverse and important role you will:
* Ideally be from a real estate, property, legal or construction background.
* Be innately highly organised, with excellent time management, to stay across multiple wide-ranging matters and ensure they are completed comprehensively and on time.
* Have a strong working knowledge of IT and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Have a proactive "client service focus" with excellent people skills, strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Have an inherent attention to detail and quality and pride in your work.
* Be results oriented with initiative and commercial acumen in all dealing.
