Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with an established and financially stable commercial building head contractor to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their business. This is a permanent position, where you will work in collaboration with a team of 3, in a mature culture & setting.
The Client
An established commercial building contractor who operate as the managing contractor to deliver a diverse variety of building projects across Perth & Western Australia. Projects are diverse in size and scale, ranging from $10-60m and could be anything from a new build School, University, Commercial Office, Industrial warehouse etc.
The Role - Accounts Assistant
A diverse position, supporting the Accounts Payable team that will see you overseeing a range of tasks and responsibilities including;
Incoming calls and directing them
Dealing with Account queries
Project and Account Filing (including electronic files)
General administration tasks
Ad hoc duties to assist the team
Plus any other additional responsibilities related to the position.
Experience Required;
3+ years experience within an office / accounts administration position
Experienced using Microsoft Packages - Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
Good time management, computer literacy & written communication skills

You'll be joining a mature environment within the accounts payable team, working with an experienced team. This is a long term permanent position, that will see you further develop your experience, working in a diverse role.
The position is 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, with office hours being from 8am-5pm. This is an office based role. There isn't flexibility regarding this - it's what the current team & business work to. This position does not offer the ability to work from home.
A highly competitive salary package on offer, ranging from $65-75k + Super depending on experience.
