Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and financial statements. Analyse financial performance and variances against budget, and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts with department Directors.
* Cost Management: Maintain cost accounting systems and perform cost analysis.
* Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems. You'll also assist in the development of financial models and business cases.
* Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and support internal and external audits.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to improve financial outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
* CPA, CA, or CIMA qualification (desirable).
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years management accounting experience, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Software Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office and experienced with large ERP systems.
* Analytical Ability: Strong investigation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyse complex issues using data.
* Work Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
