Role Responsibilities: 
Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations 
Monitor daily stock recovery in your department 
Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets 
Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service 
Lead by example in all areas 
High volume stock management 
Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards 
Launching and planning catalogue campaigns 
Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit 
The Ideal Candidate: 
Strong retail leadership experience preferred 
Time management skills 
Visual merchandising experience 
Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace 
Having an owner's mindset for your department 
A passionate attitude that inspires your Team 
A resilient & innovative problem solver 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
IT competency 
First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
