Job Description
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of training delivery at our organization. You will manage end-to-end processes, from bookings to reporting, and maintain key client relationships in mining, oil & gas, and energy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily training operations end-to-end – ensuring everything runs smoothly and to standard.
* Lead and manage key client relationships – onboarding, requirements, regular check-ins to grow bookings.
* Manage staff performance and culture through regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and fair rosters.
You will also oversee student support and course quality – tracking results, feedback,
demonstrating completion rates. Your role involves staying visible
& hands-on–knowing what’s happening early–and addressing any issues promptly.
Required Skills And Qualifications
You must have a proven track record of at least 5 years in RTO management or similar leadership roles.
