Pay Range
Range provided by Healthii People Australia.
Base pay range: A$85,000 – A$100,000 per year.

Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually, paid quarterly ($1,250 each quarter).

About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will:
Guide individuals through recovery and sustainable return-to-work programs.
Deliver services across Same Employer and/or New Employer streams.
Conduct Functional Capacity, Vocational, and other workplace assessments.
Liaise with insurers, employers, medical teams, and other stakeholders.
Attend case conferences and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Manage your caseload with autonomy and purpose.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
Full AHPRA or ESSA registration.
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
