Job Summary
As a Snowflake & dbt Architect to design and implement modern, scalable, and secure data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, dbt transformations, and data modelling, along with strong proficiency in Python and SQL. You will lead the design of data solutions, ensure best practices in governance and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
Design and implement scalable data architectures using Snowflake technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Snowpark and Python solutions ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to improve data retrieval and analysis supporting business intelligence initiatives.Oversee the configuration and management of Snowflake Streams and Snowpipe to automate data ingestion processes efficiently.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining trust.Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability.Innovate and implement best practices for data management and analytics driving strategic decision-making and business growth.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligning with company objectives.Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement optimizing resource utilization.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Snowflake technologies and industry trends applying new knowledge to enhance solutions.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the skills needed to leverage Snowflake tools effectively.Contribute to the development of documentation and technical specifications ensuring clarity and consistency across projects.
To be successful in this position your skills and experience should include:
Demonstrate proficiency in Snowpark Python Snowflake Tasks Snowflake Streams Snowflake SQL and Snowpipe showcasing technical expertise.Possess a strong understanding of multi-channel domain skills enhancing the ability to design versatile solutions.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical challenges.Display effective communication skills facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among diverse teams.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of industry advancements.Demonstrate experience in hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively.Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
