This role will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the Temenos Transact platform across multiple modules. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and a deep understanding of core banking functionalities and processes.This is a managed services engagement and requires on-call support for high-priority incidents. In this role you will play a key role in: Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Temenos Transact modulesCollaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to identify and resolve complex technical issuesMonitoring and troubleshooting platform performance to ensure system stability and minimize downtimeAnalyzing and resolving escalated incidents to restore service per SLAs and business prioritiesHandling complex system integration issues involving core T24, third-party interfaces, and APIsConducting root cause analysis (RCA) and documenting findings, corrective actions, and preventative measuresAssisting with patching, upgrades, and deployment of new releases on the T24 platformCollaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth integration of T24 modules with other systems Your profile 7+ years of experience supporting and administering the Temenos T24 PlatformExpertise in Temenos modules, especially Payments Hub, Data Event Streaming, Data Analytics, Journey Manager, and T24 BaaSProficiency in Temenos scripting (TAFC/TAFJ), Java, and Oracle databasesExperience with APM tools like AppDynamics and SplunkStrong knowledge of core banking operations and troubleshooting complex issuesExperience with microservices architectures and containerized environmentsKnowledge of ITIL processes and database technologies with SQL skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment What you'll love about working here Flexible work arrangements, including remote work and flexible hours, to support work-life balance.Opportunities for career growth, certifications in AWS and Microsoft Azure, and a diverse professional environment.
