Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operators experienced in operating heavy mobile equipment such as Caterpillar and Komatsu gear. This role plays a critical part in supporting production and site operations within a structured and safety-focused environment. The successful candidates will work closely with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to maintain operational efficiency while adhering to rigorous safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
o Safely and efficiently operate heavy mobile equipment, including Loader, Dozer, and Grader
o Collaborate with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to support production and site activities
o Ensure compliance with all site safety policies, procedures, and operational standards
Requirements:
o Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory
o Valid Class C manual driver’s licence
o Relevant qualifications and experience for operating mining loaders (CAT990, 994, Komatsu WA600, WA900, etc)
o Ability to successfully pass medical assessments and drug & alcohol screening
