As a Dental Solutions Australia and New Zealand Customer Service Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will

* Adapts differing techniques and methods to deal with variations in work conditions and operations to proactively identify and solve complex problems. Supervises the development and implementation of improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools. Reports to supervisor/manager on key milestones and critical business initiatives. When necessary, the supervisor is consulted for guidance in problem areas.
* Supervises professionally ANZ Dental Solutions Customer Service team through positive communication, team engagement and development
* Performs complex analysis, recommends processes, well executes the plan to continuously improve service level and customer satisfaction. Enhance team Dental Solutions product/market knowledge and better serve Dental Solutions' customers. Initiates and maintains excellent relationships with key customers.
* Better understand ANZ End-to End order management process and operations, responsible for collaboration and cross-functional coordination of functional impacts or decisions related to area of responsibility. Closely work with cross-functions, partnership with Dental business, collect Dental customers' requirements, initiate ideas and execute operational improvement and support system enhancement projects.
* May have budget responsibility for team/work group. Makes recommendations that impact how financial resources are generated or spent.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
* 10+ years' relevant working experience (Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, etc. ); proven success leading and executing continuous improvement on operation or process; strong understanding and analytics on operational metrics
* Leadership experience with direct reporting team.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 ERP system.
* Experience in participating in ERP deployment.
* Problem-solving skills: ability to frame broad and ambiguous problems and tackle in systematic fashion.

Work location: on-site in North Ryde, Sydney
