Job Description
o Provide support to Senior Cost Manager across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.
o Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
o Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.
o Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate.
o Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.
Qualifications
o Quantity Surveying, or related, degree
o 1-3 years post graduate experience
o AIQS or RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
o Experience in CostX is preferred.
