Our services while growing are currently Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide specialised, client-centered services to individuals with diverse mental health and disability needs.Conduct comprehensive functional assessments for participants of our service to identify clients’ functional needs, strengths, and areas for development, considering both mental health and disability-related challenges.Develop reports and implement individualised recommendations and intervention plans that promote skill development, functional independence, and participation in daily activities, including self-care, productivity, leisure, and social engagement.Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches, including sensory modulation, cognitive-behavioral strategies, skills training, and activity-based interventions.Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to set meaningful goals, provide education to enhance understanding, deliver integrated care and coordinate services.Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices in mental health and disability care.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, program development, and service evaluation within the organisation.Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or Bachelor / Master of Occupational TherapyKnowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures impacting the delivery of services to people with a disability.Current Worker ScreeningNew Worker – NDIS Induction Module2+ years experience in a similar role (Preferably with NDIS participants)Experience writing FCA assessments and reports to monitor participant progressDemonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.Experience delivering therapy services to children, young people and adults is desired.Comply with legal and certification requirements at all timesApplyTo apply for the position, please email your Cover Letter and CV to,We would love to hear from you to discuss your interest and suitability further.J-18808-LjbffrCreate a job alert for this searchOccupational Therapist • Perth, WA, Australia
