Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive chef to lead our culinary team. As an executive chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Chefs must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or similar qualification is preferred.
