Lead store operations including sales, P&L, compliance, and team performance
Drive profitability and achieve sales targets across all site functions
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards
Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery
Recruit, coach, and develop team members across multiple roles
Manage rosters, leave calendars, and performance reviews
Maintain WHS compliance and foster a safety-first culture
Represent TKD at trade shows, stocktakes, and promotional events
Travel occasionally and work flexibly across a 5-day roster The Successful Applicant
Proven leadership experience in retail or trade/industrial tools environment
Strong knowledge of sales principles, KPIs, and customer needs
Skilled in team development, coaching, and performance management
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Commercially savvy with a passion for customer service
Forklift license and frontline management qualifications (desirable)
Current driver's license and willingness to travel (if necessary) What's on Offer
