Jameson Law (Parramatta) is seeking exceptional solicitors in the aforementioned areas of law to develop its specialist teams and departments. Successful candidates will demonstrate ambition to grow in their field by managing their own cases and contributing strategically to the development of their department. They should also be open to learning and supporting the firm in areas outside their specialization.
Ideal candidates will be reliable, loyal, committed, and possess a positive, proactive attitude. They must be capable of conducting thorough research and independently reaching satisfactory conclusions. Exceptional communication skills and charisma that inspire trust and confidence in clients and colleagues are essential.
Requirements include:
* At least two years of post-admission experience
* Strong understanding of maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
* Experience in drafting court documents, contracts, settlement documentation, and correspondence
* Skills in negotiation and client management
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional results in your field
* Willingness to take on challenges outside your core expertise
* Current driver’s license, as travel is involved
Immigration Law Experience:
* Extensive experience advising on and applying for TSS 482, ENS, 188/888/132, Partner visas, Skilled migration, including appearances at AAT reviews and litigations
* Located near Parramatta Court House
