About the Role You'll be supporting the delivery of premium Class 2 residential projects that are already live on site. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you'll play a key role in driving technical delivery, quality, and programme on complex luxury builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of luxury Class 2 residential projects through active construction to completion
* Manage RFIs, shop drawings, ITPs, QA/QC and design coordination
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality
* Assist with construction programmes, lookahead schedules, and sequencing
* Support cost control, variations, and progress claims
* Drive high-quality finishes and ensure works are delivered to approved design and standards
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Experience working on Class 2 residential or high‐end multi‐residential projects
* Strong technical and construction knowledge with attention to detail
* Confident managing consultants and subcontractors on site
* Ability to work effectively in small, high‐performing teams
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience using Procore or similar project management systems
