A little about the role:
You'll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, while taking full ownership of back-of-house operations, stock movement, and daily replenishment—creating a boutique environment that is always ready to impress.
Key responsibilities:
* Process high volume of stock and replenishment daily
* Strong organizational skills
* Backroom & stock management
* Communicate effectively at all times
* Support the team in customer interactions and styling moments
* Have a willingness to grow and develop your skillset
* Able to work in a repetitive & fast-paced role, with urgency.
A little about you:
* Previous stock management/processing experience in high volume/fast fashion retail is ideal
* Previous experience meeting store sales targets + KPI's
* Self-motivated, positive and looking to achieve excellence always
