About the Opportunity
Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with strong NDIS compliance, governance, and policy documentation experience
to support one of our clients in uplifting organisational processes, quality frameworks, and documentation standards.
The role involves reviewing existing operational and governance documentation, mapping current processes, identifying gaps, and producing updated
policies, procedures, and SOPs
aligned with the
NDIS Practice Standards
and regulatory expectations. You'll work closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure documentation is compliant, practical, and easily adoptable.
Key Responsibilities
* Review existing organisational policies, procedures, and operational processes.
* Identify compliance and quality gaps against NDIS Practice Standards and governance frameworks.
* Draft, update, and standardise
policies, procedures, work instructions, and SOPs
.
* Map and redesign operational workflows to improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
* Engage with senior stakeholders and frontline teams to gather insights and validate documentation.
* Support implementation and organisational adoption of revised documentation and processes.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
,
Governance Analyst
,
Quality Advisor
, or
Policy Writer
within
NDIS, Disability, Aged Care, Health, or Community Services
.
* Strong working knowledge of the
NDIS Practice Standards
and provider compliance obligations.
* Demonstrated experience developing or improving governance documentation and SOPs.
* Ability to map and analyse business processes and translate them into clear procedural documentation.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
* Able to work independently and manage structured project deliverables.
