**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Landscape Construction Manager to join our growing team. This key leadership role involves overseeing projects, developing systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality landscapes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Estimating & Quoting**:
- Measure onsite, calculate material quantities, and source materials.
- Read and interpret plans for accurate material and labor requirements.
**Design & Drafting**:
- Design in AutoCAD, including layers, viewports, annotations, and dimensions.
- Measure and draft new garden designs and modify existing plans.
**Supervising & Project Management**:
- Oversee projects onsite, ensuring work aligns with plans and timelines.
- Make critical decisions regarding project direction and act as a leader, motivating and guiding the team.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, such as earthmovers, concrete specialists, and painters, to complete build components.
**Training & Development**:
- Provide on
- and offsite training to employees in garden construction techniques and procedures.
- Support apprentices' development in collaboration with the existing training organisation.
**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
