How often do you get an opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shaping its culture, driving its strategy, and leaving a lasting mark on Australia's largest Salt Operation?
What if you could use all the health and safety experience you have in mining - from risk management and assurance activities, health and hygiene programs, emergency response and clinical management, to the people aspects of coaching and team leadership - to shape site safety systems and programs that truly make a difference to the workers?
Have you been excelling at Specialist or Senior Health & Safety Advisor level but haven't had the chance to step up into a Superintendent role and lead a team?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!
Reporting to the Manager Health & Safety, the newly created Superintendent Health & Safety role will lead the on-site execution of the BCI Minerals' Health & Safety Management System.
