Overview We are seeking an Information Management Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing our organisation's Information Governance and Records Management practices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our Information Management Framework, drive digitisation and archiving initiatives, and support the implementation of innovative information lifecycle strategies. You will collaborate across business units, technology teams, and governance stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while helping modernise how we manage information.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver components of the Information Management Framework, including standards, policies, and processes.
* Support digitisation initiatives, ensuring accuracy and quality assurance.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of an archiving solution.
* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage risks, and champion best practice.
* Promote continuous improvement in information governance, knowledge management, and information lifecycle management.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in digitisation and archiving solutions.
* Strong background in Information Governance, including developing and uplifting process documentation.
* Knowledge of information management and information security practices, ideally within a Government Owned Corporation or regulated environment.
* Hands-on experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Systems such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
* Experience contributing to Information Asset Management and Knowledge Management programs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* (Highly regarded) Experience with MS Purview Records Management and Purview lifecycle solutions.
