About the role
We are seeking a passionate and highly organised Receptionist to join our growing team at Lumos Advisory in Murwillumbah, NSW. This full-time role will see you provide essential administrative and reception support to our dynamic business, contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
* Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, visitors and staff
* Maintain and update our client database and contact records
* Perform a variety of general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and data entry
* Support the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Administration Assistant, Receptionist or similar role
* A warm and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
* Local to Murwillumbah and available to work in our centrally located office
