* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support diverse student needs and managing complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, interpret student data and develop tailored support strategies.
* Digital literacy and confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM platforms and student systems like Moodle or Blackboard.
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in student engagement and support.
* A background or genuine interest in education, counselling, youth work, student support or human services is highly regarded.
