Customer Experience Champion
We are seeking a Customer Experience Champion to drive excellent customer service to all patrons.
About the Role
* Deliver programs such as Family Storytime, LEGO Club and Crafternoon to enrich customer experience
* Take our Library Trike Out and About in the City and engage with people about our library and community services
* Contribute to our library collection by selecting new items and assisting customers to find their next read
* Support customers with e-books, accessing public computers and navigating online services
About You
* Experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a customer service environment is essential
* Solid knowledge of the role of the Public Library within the community
* Experience supporting customers with using computers, email and the internet
* Experience in delivering library and/or community services or programs
* Previous experience in, or ability to quickly learn, automated library systems and library services
