My client is seeking a strategic and technically minded AI Solutions Strategist to help shape and deliver high-impact AI solutions across the business. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned to business needs, technically sound, and implemented ethically. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across an organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and trust. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business, product and technical teams to discover, assess and prioritise AI use cases that drive efficiency and innovation. Translate complex business challenges into clear, practical solution concepts and technical requirements. Develop end-to-end strategies for AI solutions, from early-stage discovery through to pilot, validation, and enterprise-scale delivery. Define and support success metrics, KPIs and ROI frameworks to measure the impact of AI initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor across the organisation to ensure ethical, high-value use of AI and automation. Stay across emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices to inform roadmap planning. Work cross-functionally with AI engineering, digital solutions and business teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption. Guide solution design, risk management and stakeholder alignment across diverse initiatives. About You: 7 years’ experience as a product manager in product strategy, solution architecture or technology consulting. At least 2 years’ experience in AI/ML, Strong knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle, model deployment, performance evaluation and scaling. Proven ability to understand complex business problems and recommend practical, data-driven AI solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, you know how to build trust and influence at all levels. Skilled at bridging the gap between technical experts and non-technical stakeholders. Familiar with responsible AI principles, ethical frameworks and change management practices. Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock or SageMaker.
