The Opportunity:
TGI Sport is one of Australia’s premier sports marketing and major event agencies, creating unforgettable experiences with the biggest sporting codes and brands in Australia. If you thrive on transforming ideas into immersive, high-energy events that captivate audiences and spark conversation, we want you on our team!
This is a fixed-term, four-month contract based in Melbourne managing several brand client projects. This includes fan activations and marquee builds.

About You:
You’re an Event or Operations Manager with a passion for sports and a drive to deliver high-impact experiences. With a background in event management, brand activations, greenfield site and operational delivery, you thrive on crafting unique, high-end events that excite and inspire.
You'll bring:
* A strong desire to deliver operationally to the highest standard
* Expertise in project & event management and execution of standout event builds.
* A strategic mindset for seamlessly integrating brands, campaigns, and products into immersive activations.
* A guest-first approach, ensuring every experience is engaging, seamless, and aligned with client values.
* Strong multitasking abilities to juggle multiple projects while managing CAPs, run sheets, budgets, and finance processes.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* A keen eye for risk management and compliance, ensuring flawless execution every time.
