The Role
We are looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team who love food, wine, give incredible customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, like-minded people to join us.
The right person will:
Have a bright and sunny disposition.
A passion for service and creating the best guest experience.
Have experience managing a section in an hatted or premium restaurant
Exceptional wine knowledge
Must be available on weekends
Responsibilities
Run a section of 10 to 20 people.
Provide our guests with great service and enthusiastic energy

What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in section waiting (preferred)
Strong background in customer service (required)
Valid RSA (required)
Confident 3-plate carry (essential)
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for hospitality
