Department Support Services
The department provides core support including non-ward cleaning, gardens and grounds, distribution, security, ward support, food services, and car parking. The Support Services Cleaner plays a key operational role within this team.
The Role
We seek a motivated individual to join our cleaning team in the Theatre department. Sandringham Hospital offers emergency, paediatrics, general medicine, and outpatient services. Responsibilities include providing high-quality cleaning services and preparing patient trolleys.
Skills and Experience
Previous cleaning experience in health facilities or equivalent
Experience in cleaning in operating theatres and ED (preferred)
Flexibility, motivation, and commitment to occupational health, safety, and infection control
Availability for afternoon and night shifts, including weekends and evenings
Good time management and organizational skills
