About the Role
* Prepare and review detailed Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
* Liaise directly with property investors, accountants, and developers to gather data and provide insights.
* Conduct on-site inspections where required.
* Ensure compliance with ATO guidelines and the latest legislation.
* Support junior consultants with technical queries and training.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, and client outcomes.
About You
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in tax depreciation or quantity surveying.
* Strong understanding of ATO depreciation legislation and reporting standards.
* Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
