Early Childhood Teacher Role
We are seeking qualified professionals to lead the development, planning and implementation of high-quality play-based programs across our kindergarten services.
* Leading program development and execution in accordance with national standards and curriculum frameworks
* Collaborating with educators to create engaging learning experiences for children
* Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development
* Documenting and assessing children's progress and setting meaningful individual and group learning goals
About the Role

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* Significant experience working in an Early Childhood setting, with a focus on teaching and leading
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
* A proven track record of leadership and mentoring experience
