Field Sales Executive - SaaS Software Solutions
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales initiatives as a Field Sales Executive for software solutions in Malaysia.
About the Role:
* Develop strategic approaches to target key accounts and drive sales activities nationwide.
* Engage in in-depth negotiations with autonomy to close complex deals and manage customer relationships effectively.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis to identify sales opportunities.
* Handle moderately complex or higher-value sales opportunities and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and act as a mentor and trainer for junior sales staff.
About You:
* 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative field sales or account management.
* Strategic planning skills to develop effective sales strategies and negotiate tactics for closing complex deals.
* Customer insight to understand customer needs and preferences and analytical thinking to analyze and interpret sales data.
* Sales software proficiency in advanced CRM and sales management tools and team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Market knowledge to stay aware of market dynamics and trends.
