Job Description:
As a seasoned professional in the Salesforce ecosystem, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing enhancements and custom development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in Salesforce administration and platform maintenance will enable our organization to run smoothly and efficiently.
* Design and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency and data consistency across internal and partner systems
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
* Provide detailed walkthroughs of new features and functionality to ensure seamless adoption
* Identify and resolve operational defects through thorough code reviews and problem-solving
* Develop tests and deploy enhancements within Salesforce to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in CRM and Salesforce (Sales Service & Community Cloud) experience. Key qualifications include:
* 4-6 years of experience in CRM, with 3+ years in Salesforce
* Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL
* Experience with CI/CD and integrating 3rd party systems using OAuth REST
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required, with Developer II certification preferred
