Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a detail oriented, customer focused and experienced Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team at Ayers Rock Resort who has;
* Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping, cleaning, or other similar role
* Understanding proper cleaning methods and use of cleaning equipment.
* Handling the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
* Experience working a team leader or supervisory role
* Experience carrying out on the job training for new team members
* Ability to motivate and supervise a team on daily shifts
About the role
In this role you will check and balance the hotels financial and operational daily activities; while ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining the security.
The Key Duties To Be Performed Are
* Perform end-of-day financial audits, including balancing and reconciling all accounts from the day's takings from the hotel and the outlets connected to the zone.
* Manage the front desk operations with guest front of mind during the night shift.
* Address or alert any issues or discrepancies to management that may arise during the reconciliation process.
Full Time Position Available| $30.80 per hour (plus superannuation)
